We can improve our health by consuming the right amount of nutrients. The proper combinational intake of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fibers, antioxidants, phytonutrients, water and oxygen can help us prevent and treat many physical and mental health problems. It’s important to consume the right moderation and to eat (or juice) a variety of organic, raw, and fresh foods on a daily basis. Of course everyone’s body is different, so we should consult with a dietician or health professional to manage our intake. While many of us may have been programmed to desire the consumption of unhealthy foods and liquids, we should try to eliminate or minimize these from our diet.
